Do you offer returns/exchanges?
No. For sanitary reasons, Minnie Tingz does not accept returns/exchanges. All sales are final. If your order is damaged/missing an item, please contact us at info@minnietingz.co
How long will it take to receive my order?
First Class orders will take approximately 1-5 days to deliver. Priority orders will take approximately 1-3 days to deliver.
How do I clean my Minnie Soother pacifier?
All Minnie Soothers can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap, boiled (approximately 3 mins) or placed in the dishwasher (top rack only.) We recommend a replacement after 3 months of continued use.

First class and priority orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS)

All Minnie Clips can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap. Let the Minnie Clip air dry. We recommend a replacement after 3 months of continued use.
How do I clean my Minnie Teether?
All Minnie Teethers can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap or placed in the dishwasher (top rack only.) We recommend a replacement after 6 months of continued use.
